Hey dolls,
So over the last week I've been away with my family at Centerparcs. It came at such good timing as my hand in was the day I left to go. So it was nice to finally relax and have nothing to worry about (temporarily anyway as I have a summer project I still need to do once I go back to uni) I've managed to do so much in such a short amount of time and I've been more tired doing all these activities than what I did when I was at uni working long hours sat with my sketchbook and computer screen!!
This year was super special as it was Frankie's (my little puppy) first holiday away. We were really reluctant on taking him as he doesn't do very well with car journeys but he managed to sleep the whole way. It's honestly like having a baby sometimes I swear! For people who haven't been to Centerparcs before or know what it is, in a nutshell it's a holiday park in the forest and you stay in cute wooden villas in the forest. This is somewhere me and my mums side of the family go every year as like our annual holiday. This is always a really good opportunity to catch up on what everyone has been doing and just getting to spend time with each other as we all live so far apart. This year is the first year i've been at uni so it's nice to spend time with my siblings as I rarely visit home as i'm so busy with other commitments.
I decided to use this time wisely away from commitments and distractions to really focus on my blog appearance and most importantly get it up and running. I've always been a fond blog reader or other bloggers and also a keen watcher of beauty/fitness and lifestyle YouTube videos, so using this time to really do something I enjoy visually, to actually doing so is really beneficially for me. (it's also really relaxing and quiet here so I can actually think and concentrate!
