Today i'm going to be showing you all my beauty products i've bought over the last week. Decided to throw it all in one post and then review each product the more I use it. I've also never tried any of these products before so i'll also be doing some first impression posts!
Going to kick off with make up! When I was away I decided to do a little shop on BeautyBay and finally got the dipbrow pomade by Anastasia Beverly Hills, I was previously using the Sleek eyebrow kit, but towards the end of using it, I only used the wax as it was a product I got on really well with as I find when I use a combination of the powder and wax. It doesn't give me the look I want. Tonight is going to be the first night using it, but i'll do a post on my makeup tonight and let you know how I got on with it all and all that good stuff.
I also got two eyeshadow pans from Makeup Geek, I got the shades 'creme brulee' and 'flamethrower' I've heard so many good reviews on both products and i'm really excited to experiment with them both. I really want creme brulee to be my new favorite crease colour/transition shade because of how many people rave about it, I currently use a light shade out of my Naked Smokey palette which is good but I just feel I could find a better shade.
I finally got my hands on the Naked2 palette by Urban Decay! I'm now just one palette away from completely the naked collection which is really exciting, If you have me on facebook you'd of see the photo of how I did my makeup thursday night and i used the dark tones in the Naked2 and also the Naked smokey palette. If you would like me to go into more depth of my Naked collection just drop me a message!
My next purchases are my current favorites plus new favourites! These eyelashes have been my 'go to' eyelashes since the beginning of uni. They are super cheap and since trying out different brands are my holy grail! They are stocked in 'Savers' and at £1.99 they're amazing! They have a similar style to the ardell demi wispies eyelashes which are used by Kylie Jenner and have a very thin band so it's easy to disguise the look of wearing falsies!
I also wanted to try the wake me up concealer and i'm so glad I bought it. It's so weird how I was looking at the price like 'o er, it's a bit pricey for a drugstore concealer' but considering the coverage and how radiant my undereye is now before I set it with powder, it's certainly a must have now!
So you can tell i'm at home because there is noway I would be able to afford to splash the cash on this tan (shout out mummy for being my bank at home) I FINALLY got the Bondi Sands fake tan mousse and also their oil as well! I've been using the oil every day and i've finally got a bronzed colour to my skin. If I don't fake tan my skin has a natural yellow tone to it and it can sometimes look green (weird I know) It's not overpowering which is really good for upkeep of my natural tan and it's not too dark for everyday. It's really good as I during weekdays rush getting ready so it's good to put on after my shower and its quick drying so I can wear clothes straight away. I only used the mousse once before I went out because I forgot the buy a shade darker in my foundation and it smells gorgeous! It's a really nice coconut/beachy smell and it's by far the best smelling tan i've ever used.
If there's any products you want me to go into more depth with or have any questions or queries, please drop me a message in my Ask.fm inbox
Much Love
Ellie ♡
